In most of the situations, a printing problem indicates there is something wrong with the physical device itself, the drivers, or the cable. You should check all these eventually replace the cable with another one, reinstall the drivers and the software and print a test page.


Make sure that the printer has its cartridges filled and ready to print. Almost any printer contains an application that you can use to perform maintenance operations including ink check, calibration, test printing, etc.


After you check all these, go back to the ShipManager-88 and test the printing phase.

I have problem during printing and calculating Ncb form.vessel have 32 ballast tanks and when you generate report ,on 3Rd page total mess with figures,one above other. Have to rectified this problem ?

Hi there is an ertor in my shipmanager which show empty container as a laden container .and can not take any emty container .please help
